What happens when you enter your SAT and ACT scores in this search?
Each year colleges report the 25th and 75th percentile scores of the current year’s incoming freshman class. When you enter your SAT or ACT score, the search checks your score against these percentiles. Every school in which your score is more than the 25th percentile but less than the 75th percentile will show up. Keep in mind, however, that not all schools report their SAT scores. All of the approximate 1,300 schools that do will be presented in our results.
