Mission Statement

Education in radiography is based on a specialized body of knowledge and skills which focus upon preparation of a specialized profession. The School assumes the responsibility of designing and implementing the curriculum in order to conduct a comprehensive program as specified by the NY State Dept. of Health, the ARRT, the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology. The School establishes an educational environment whereby students will be simulated into a lifetime commitment to learning and service while maintaining a sense of social, personal, ethical and professional responsibility. Alternatively, the students are expected to demonstrate the initiative, determination, consideration and responsibility needed to become outstanding Radiologic Technologists.
